Mountain Valley Honey bees forage in the natural wilderness of the Buller Region and the Mt Richmond forest park. Mountain Valley Honey is unpasteurised and may show signs of granulation. This identifies it as a natural 'raw' honey that has not been heated or refined, thus keeping all its original goodness and flavour. The granulation will dissolve with gentle heating.
